HOW WE LIKE TO WORK
All our projects are unique, human and usually work best with casual conversation. To start things off, we like to just chat through the key details so we can help plan and organise the right kind of services you might need.
Initial chat is always free, no obligation and helps us both understand what you looking for.

How do I choose which Wedding Services I need?
We will be delighted to work through the details of your wedding with you to help determine the best approach. Get in touch to discuss which elements we can best support:
• Wedding Planning
• Styline services
• Bespoke services
• On the day coordination
How many staff will you have at the wedding?
This will depend on the scale and location of the wedding. For commercially managed venues, there is often a team that support events hosted at their facility. For independent or personal venues, this may require a small team of coordinators on site the day of the wedding. Similarly, if there are many styling elements that require managing, these may need extra support.
What is the cost of these services?
This varies greatly depending on many factors. We'll be happy put together a quote once we have understood what you might need. Typically this varies based on:
• Size of the wedding
• Styling requirements of the event
• Planning elements
• Level of support required
• On The Day schedule
• Location or combination of venues
Can I change what service or level or support during the process?
Yes. We often adjust services dynamically to best support our customers requirements. This can include changes like:
• Increase the Planning Services - typically if the couples availability is reduced or the level of supplier management increases
• Styling - often fresh and alternative ideas based on experience can help create a better outcome
• On The Day coordination - we regularly add this element when it becomes clear there are many moving parts that are required to deliver most events.
What is the difference between a planning, on the day coordinator and stylist?
Planner: Manages the entire planning process from start to finish, including budget, vendors, and logistics.
On-the-Day Coordinator: Focuses on executing the plan on the event day, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Stylist: Concentrates on the visual design and aesthetic aspects of the event.
Each role is essential for creating a successful and cohesive event, and they often work together to ensure all elements align perfectly.
What does the planner actually do?
In essence, a wedding planner acts as the couple’s project manager, guiding them through the entire wedding planning process and ensuring every detail is handled professionally and efficiently.
How long does the wedding planner stay on the day?
Your wedding planner will be with you for most of the day, depending on the service you select. The planner will stay until all the formalities are over. That said, if the planner is required to stay for longer then we will always accommodate this.
